VP of Engineering at Jow, which I joined in 2019 as a fullstack developer. Before that: technical architect at Christian Dior Couture, and five years in the technical department of Canal+. Télécom Paris graduate.

On the side I ride far (4,000 km solo this summer) and I run to work. It shapes how I code and how I run a team.

How I work

  • Go the distance rather than sprint

    A sustainable pace, regular releases, and no all-nighter to make up for an optimistic estimate.

    A big feature becomes a series of small, readable PRs, each deployable on its own.

  • Autonomous, not alone

    I unblock what I can on my own, and I ask early when a decision commits the team.

    Less code, fewer dependencies, fewer meetings. What remains has to be solid.
